Senior Vice President, Director of Financial Management
Cathy is director of financial management at Commerce Trust, where she is responsible for the current and long-term financial condition of the organization. As a member of the senior executive team, Cathy manages the strategic planning, financial management, and budget for Commerce Trust.
In addition, she provides talent management oversight for our employees, including compensation, succession planning, talent development, DEI initiatives, and plan development and administration for 50+ complex incentive compensation plans.
Cathy has more than 30 years’ experience with Commerce Bank. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri -St. Louis. Currently, she serves as Chairwoman of the Board for the YWCA and is a member of the University of Missouri -St. Louis Chancellor’s Council. Inhersparetime,Cathy enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband, Nasser Arshadi.
