Senior Vice President, Director of Private Banking - East Region

Diane is senior vice president and director of private banking for the east region of Commerce Trust. Her responsibilities include overseeing our east region team of private bankers and client associates as well as approving and structuring credit facilities for our clients, establishing sales tactics and strategies within our footprint, and collaborating with other Commerce Bank leaders to ensure a coordinated approach to our clients’ banking and wealth management needs.

Diane has more than 25 years’ experience helping families achieve their financial goals with an emphasis on maximizing tax efficiency and planning for the next generation. Prior to joining Commerce Trust, she led private banking and wealth management teams based in San Francisco, CA and Minneapolis, MN.

In 2016, she completed CIMA^® Investment Management & Theory program at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Diane is proud to serve her community and has nonprofit board experience in the areas of affordable housing and mental health. Diane currently serves as a director on the board of the local St. Louis nonprofit, Girls In The Know, whose mission is to empower preteen girls to embrace a strong sense of self by providing community based educational resources and instruction. She and her husband enjoy supporting the performing arts and have two adult daughters. They reside in the Greater St. Louis Metro.
