Jeremy Taylor

Jeremy is a real estate administrator for Commerce Trust where he manages a portfolio of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties held in trusts, estates, and agency accounts. His responsibilities include real estate pre-acceptance evaluations and implementation of compliance procedure, along with property inspections, sale and purchase of real estate, lease negotiations and lease compliance, coordination of property maintenance and capital improvements, and resolution of property title issues. Jeremy joined Commerce in 2007. Prior to his present duties, Jeremy managed a team within the trust operations division at United Missouri Bank with oversight of new business asset transfers and special asset management. Jeremy attended the Park University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. Jeremy is an Alderman Ward One and Park Board Liaison to Planning and Zoning Commission Liaison for the city of Oak Grove.
