Vanessa Bednara

Vanessa is a private client advisor for Commerce Trust. She serves as a senior consultant and relationship manager providing clients with personalized objective advice and oversight across all of our services, including trust administration, financial advisory services, private banking, and investment management. Vanessa facilitates all aspects of relationship management for the client team, including administering complex trusts, maintaining client communication, and coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver a superior client experience. She joined Commerce in May 2011. Vanessa received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with computer applications from Northwestern College. Vanessa participates in a number of charitable organizations, such as The Saint Louis Zoo, American Lung Association’s Master the Met, United Way of Greater St. Louis, and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Thus far, her most honorable volunteer experience has been serving seven years with United States Navy. Vanessa is married with three step-children. She enjoys traveling, kayaking and dancing. Vanessa is currently learning to play the acoustic guitar.
